Cleveland Oktoberfest

Drawing over 900 Runners in 2016, the Cleveland Oktoberfest 5k Bier Run and one-mile walk is an annual Oktoberfest Labor Day tradition. One of the best road races in the region, runners get a beer, t-shirt, free admission to the Cleveland Oktoberfest, and a goody bag. Participants who dress up in an authentic German costume receive one additional free admission!  The 2017 5k Run scheduled for Labor Day, Monday, September 4th, is a B-Tag Chip Timed Event for all 5K participants with awards presented to the top overall male and female runners. Awards are given in men & women’s age groups from 14 & under through 70 & over.

The team at All Media Design Group provides race day volunteers each Labor Day for the 5K Charity Run held as part of the Cleveland Oktoberfest Festivities.  In addition to race-day, a labor of love happens behind the scenes pre-race day securing sponsorships, working with Hermes Sports & Events for race day logistics and packing the runner goody bags. A portion of the proceeds raised race day are donated back to local charities with past support given to the Alzheimer’s Association, the Altenheim, United Way, Rainbow Babies & Children’s Hospital and many more throughout the years. All Media Design Group is proud to be a part of this Cleveland tradition.
